I am finding many other options for food and desserts. Not sure I even care about desserts anymore. The most important thing Reta has done for me is to let me be the one in charge, not food.     This shot is no joke! Literally haven’t been hungry since i started Sunday morning and when I do eat I can only eat a tiny bit. Monday I could only eat half my burger for dinner and yesterday I had half a piece of lasagna and I don’t feel hungry at all!
