This shot is no joke! Literally haven’t been hungry since i started Sunday morning and when I do eat I can only eat a tiny bit. Monday I could only eat half my burger for dinner and yesterday I had half a piece of lasagna and I don’t feel hungry at all! I know it’s probably not healthy to not eat but I literally could not eat another bite! I can’t wait to see the scale Sunday! I can already feel that I’m down at least a few.
